I’m Briana D’Esposito, the Founder of Oleada Financial. As an independent, fee-only financial planner and fiduciary, I created this firm for the “conscious builders”—the high-achieving professionals, families, and business owners who want to grow their wealth without compromising their values or waiting until retirement to enjoy their lives.
With over six years as a financial advisor and nearly a decade in private equity, I bring institutional-level expertise to your personal financial life. But more importantly, I bring warmth, genuine connection, and a deep commitment to building a relationship with you as a human being, not just a portfolio.
My Philosophy
My approach to wealth management is deeply influenced by my own life. I split my time between Venice Beach, California, and Sayulita, Mexico. I am a surfer, a yogi, a PADI Open Water Diver, and an active participant in the Burning Man community.
I don’t believe that building serious wealth requires you to wear a suit, sit in a sterile boardroom, or sacrifice your joy today for a payout thirty years from now. I believe that life—like finance—is about balance.
I work with clients who share this philosophy. My clients are brilliant, driven people in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and 60s who are ready to take accountability for their financial future.
